Taproot is a game where you help a tree grow by guiding it's roots to water.  enjoy a relaxing Root Sim!

Notes:

  • Once you beat the game, if you want to keep growing hit Esc to hide the menu!
  • Hitting reset will reset the map (It's not procedural, so everything is the same), but causes some graphical glitches with the water at the end of each puzzle.

Its fun but near the very bottom I got stuck because the mouse couldn't stay on what I wanted.

Thanks for the pic in discord! I’ve added a click & drag selection option as well. You can either start from a node, or move your mouse to a node to lock it in as the source. This should give you more control or some of the finer puzzles. And liberally use “R” or “Z” to undo and try different root placements.
